💜💜ACTION: Genieve Shelter's $1 a Day for 31 Days October Challenge - Domestic Violence Awareness💜💜💜
As we continue to provide the great works of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated to our community, we are excited to announce our upcoming initiative to support the Genieve Shelter.
The month of October is dedicated to Domestic Violence Awareness Annual Fundraiser for the Genieve Shelter. The Genieve Shelter will do a $1 a day for 31 days challenge. The Physical and Mental Health Committee has proposed that the Sorority donates $2000.00 toward this great cause. In efforts to reach this very attainable goal, we need the assistance of each and everyone. We are asking that each soror donate $31.00 to support this cause, if possible.
The donation should be submitted to the Genieve Shelter via PayPal. Please ensure to include that you are donating on behalf of the Suffolk Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. If you are donating by check, make the check payable to the Genieve Shelter, and in the memo section, write SAC DST. Please mail your check to P.O. Box 1585, Suffolk, VA 23439.
