The Suffolk Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (SAC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken of its members without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video, in perpetuity. Photographs/videos may be used in publications, brochures, postcards, posters, newspapers, social media, television, websites, etc., for the purposes of chapter event promotion and/or portraying the activities of SAC.

To ensure the privacy of children, their images will not be identified using names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A member of SAC who does not wish to have her image captured for distribution should make her wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the Media Relations Committee (MRC) (P.O. Box 3367 Suffolk, VA 23439) in writing of her intentions and include a photograph of herself to reference, at the beginning of each sorority year. The MRC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By being a member of SAC or by failing to notify the MRC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify SAC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
